What is Graphic Design ?


  1. Develop visual solutions to communication problems- to get a message across in print, electronic, and film media.
  2. Visually communicate in many ways- design of books, newspapers, magazines, brochures, posters or outdoors, exhibition displays, websites, animations, information design, sign systems, maps and directories and visual identities.
  3. Produce promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures for products and services, design distinctive logos for products and businesses.
  4. Develop signs and signage system called environmental graphics for business and government.
  5. Also develop material for Internet web pages, interactive media, and multimedia projects.
  6. The growing Indian Graphic & Communication Design Industry has an increasing need for graphic communication in the modern day commercial activities.
  7. With the growth in services like Printing, Packaging, Advertising, Publishing and Film, etc, the Graphic & Communication Design Industry is expected to grow at a fast pace.
